In 2012 we took on a special project as part of the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce 40th Anniversary event, "Three Chairs for Guilderland." Sixty organizations and businesses, including the Garden Club, painted Adirondack chairs in a variety of designs and themes. All 6O chairs were on display throughout the town and then auctioned off, with proceeds benefitting the Guilderland School District. Our chair is placed in the gardens at the Frederick House during the summer months.
